AGA is proud of its history and excited about its future. We were one of the first group training organisations in Australia, and over more than thirty years have established a reputation for genuine, caring leadership within our industry.

As a not-for-profit organisation, AGA’s focus has always been primarily on meeting the needs of the young people that we train and employ. We have always set the bar high for ourselves. We believe that it is possible to offer a complete apprenticeship service to both apprentice/trainee and employers – a service which simultaneously develops the individual to their full potential, while meeting the dynamic and changing needs of our employers.

Today’s apprenticeship landscape is more complex than ever before, with a range of service providers and training options. AGA is committed to remaining ahead of the pack, and using its size and flexibility to offer services to apprentices and employers which are relevant, up-to-date and innovative.

While our past focus has been firmly on traditional trades, today AGA offers a wide range of training and employment solutions (including pre-vocational courses and traineeships) which can be tailored to many different industries or professions.
