AGA creates around 300 new apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities for young people every year. We are a not for profit organisation specifically set up to help you gain a trade qualification.

For almost 30 years, AGA has been helping young people start their careers with a trade apprenticeship. We offer some of the best apprenticeship opportunities around, with free industry training, extra support in the workplace and an assurance that once employed by AGA, we won’t stand you down if you lose a host employer. Instead we continue your training and your weekly salary while we go out and find you your next job. How’s that for job security!

Most of our apprenticeships are in traditional trades, and run for a period of 3-4 years. There are some eligibility requirements, and we recommend that you take care in preparing and presenting your application and supporting documents.
